How long will it take my goods to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of placement of the order. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Where product is not available from stock we will contact you with an amended dispach date, and provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order.

How much is postage and packing?

Shipping Costs are calculated by weight against Royal Mail Rates* for your location:

UK:
Uk orders are sent First Class Recorded Signed For.

EU:
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail AirSure and delivered by your local postal service.

Worldwide:
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For and delivered by your local postal service.

All products are shipped by Recorded Mail enabling your order to be tracked if it goes astray. A small charge of £1.00 is made to cover packaging costs. You can obtain a quote for shipping costs for your order at anytime on the shopping basket page by entering your country and zip/postcode in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" form.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Do I have to sign for the goods?

All orders are sent 'Recorded Signed For' so a signature is required on delivery. If no one is at the address, Royal Mail will leave a note that delivery was attempted and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Sorting Office where you can pick it up.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We want you to be pleased with your purchases from the King Tuts Store so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached AND THE ORDER FORM (or photocopy) within 14 days of receipt. We may not be able to refund you without a copy of the order form. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we will not be able to accept returns on underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and cosmetics unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. In addition to our returns policy outlined above you have seven working days under the distance Selling Regulations to cancel your purchase. Details of this are in our Terms and Conditions.

If an item is faulty, damaged, unfit for purpose or we have made a mistake on your delivery we will refund your delivery charge, unless the item is part of an order containing other items that were ordered by you. Delivery charges will also be refunded if you cancel your complete purchase within the seven day cooling off period.

It is important to go to the Post Office and get a proof of posting certificate, which will give you a tracking number. We cannot refund anything until we have received the goods back and will not take responsibility for any return post that does not arrive at our office or is lost in transit.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account and we will refund the card you made the purchase on.
